By the time of Paul, Elohim had been sending His (YHWH’s) Word (YH’s salvation) to a stubborn Israel – whom seemingly only heard when they came to the realization their desperate situations were a result of same; indeed a lesson that for us can be seen in the mirror – that which weighs heavy, that of disobedience. That message would be renewed in what the prophets had spoken to, and what Paul here is eluding to, that of YHWH’s (YH’s) Salvation, YH’shua (Jesus); that if the people would obey and walk in his teachings, the Father’s Will, salvation would also prove to be in them – as it was in their teacher.

We know by his teachings he came not to do away with the prophets (the Word of the Father) but to fulfill it (complete the Father’s work): A true obedient son, one that knew from the prophets he would become the sacrificial lamb – in some cases no different to those before him, except this prophet, the begotten of YHWH, would prove to be the final sacrifice – that Israel (the chosen people) and the Greeks (the pagans) could see with their own eyes what the Father meant, that of canceling Adam’s disobedience in obedience to the Father’s Will, that which their messiah did, that which could lead them to salvation; but to say they believed would not suffice, it would require walking in YH’shua footsteps; his example of what that means.

That our Teacher took a final breath and said, “it is done”, meaning of course, the Father’s Will (Word and Works) were done in his example and sacrifice – that all man might know salvation could be achieved by them, how like their Pastor – a son of man, they too could prove obedient, even if called to the final test, that of giving our life for a friend; in YH’shua’s case, the worse death known to man – even till today: All in obedience to the Father’s Word, indeed the Father’s salvation.

This Word is what is written in our Bibles, and the reason we must learn to love it (meditate in it) and learn to live it as YH’shua did. A process that begins with a message paved by obedient forefathers (the true prophets), a message of Grace, leading to the message of YH’shua – or the Father’s salvation. This much his original followers proved to understand and do, and so too did they teach, that all mankind may be saved in YH’shua’s example – indeed in YH’shua (YH’s salvation).

The full message? Showing our *adoration to YHWH beyond song and dance, manifesting ourselves set-apart from the ways of the World, indeed, to be about YHWH’s ways – in YH’shua’s example: Peculiar? to many in the world – no doubt  🙂

This in stark opposition to what false doctrine teaches today, that of “once saved always saved”…. when in fact, salvation is not a right, it is a right of passage – the key? in following his steps. Always in YH’shua.
