New King James Version (NKJV)
7 How beautiful upon the mountains Are the feet of “him”(the hand – as in the power, or the means, etc..) who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to “Zion” (a permanent capital, a mountain of Jerusalem), “Your “God” (Elohim: Magistrates, Great, Mighty Ones, etc..) reigns!”
Isaiah above speaking to a nation that had once again turned it’s back on YHWH, the Word and Works of the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; forgetting their calling while yet still being called back – without a doubt – grace: That we should know, a message to us as well.
Paraphrasing YH’shua (YH is salvation), “Your (YHWH Elohim’s) kingdom (rule) come, Your (YHWH Elohim’s) Will (Word and Works) be done on earth (in us) as it is in heaven.” Amein, Amein!!!!
