“18 I am‘He’ (ha-‘Iysh: the – Husbandman,the – Steward, etc..)who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And‘I’ (ha-Ga’al:the – deliverer, the – redeemer, etc..)have the keys of‘Hades’ (ha – Haides:the – Grave, etc..)and of Death.”
In Biblical times a Father proved much more than a genetic marker; indeed, a source of provision, wisdom, even salvation (protection).
Above YH’-shua tells us how he has been given the keys to the grave and death. The next obvious question should be, ‘by who?’, the Father no doubt. 🙂
The significance herein? A provision for us as well. Paraphrasing our messiah, “if you believe in me you will do as I do and greater things, because I go to the Father.”(John 14:12).
To obey the Father YH is to follow the example of the son YH’-shua (YH’, the Word and Works of Elohiym, – is salvation): Be alive as YH’shua proved in the Father, be not in a grave.
Amein? Amein. 🙂
