“4 Sing to ‘God!’ [ha-‘Elohiym!: the-Magistrates!, the-Great(-ones)!, etc..] Sing praises to ‘His’ [ha-ga’al’s: the-Deliver(‘s), the-Redeemer(‘s), etc..] name. Exalt ‘Him’ [Yad: the-Means, the-Direction, etc..] who ‘rides’ [rakab: sets, despatches, etc..] on ‘the clouds’[a] [ha-mzareh: the-north wind, the-dispersing clouds, etc..] —
‘His’ [ha-“iysh: the-Steward(‘s), the-Worthy(‘s), etc..] name is ‘Yahweh’ [ha-YHWH: the Name, Word and Works, of Israel’s ‘Elohiym, etc..][b] — and rejoice before ‘Him’ [Yad: the-Means, the-Direction, etc..].5 ‘God’ [ha-‘Elohiym: the-Magistrates!, the-Great(-ones)!, etc..] in ‘His’ [ha-“iysh: the-Steward(‘s), the-Worthy(‘s), etc..]‘holy’ [kodesh: consecrated, dedicated, etc..] ‘dwelling’ [‘ohel: home, covering, etc..] is a ‘father’ [ab: principal, chief, etc..] of the ‘fatherless’ [yawthone: bereaved person, orphaned, etc..] and a champion of ‘widows’ [‘almanah: a desolate place or house, etc..].”

His: 1350 ga’al gaw-al’ a primitive root, to redeem (according to the Oriental law of kinship), i.e. to be the next of kin (and as such to buy back a relative’s property, marry his widow, etc.):–X in any wise, X at all, avenger, deliver[-er’s], (do, perform the part of near, next) kinsfolk(-man), purchase, ransom, redeem(-er[‘s]), revenger.
Ride: 7392 rakab raw-kab’ a primitive root; to ride (on an animal or in a vehicle); causatively, to place upon (for riding or generally), to despatch[-es]:–bring (on (horse-)back), carry, get (oneself) up, on (horse-)back, put[s], (cause to, make to) ride (in a chariot, on, -r), set[s].
The Clouds: 4215 mzareh mez-aw-reh’ apparently from 2219; properly, a scatterer, i.e. the north wind (as dispersing clouds; only in plural):–north.
Holy: 6944 qodesh ko’-desh from 6942; a sacred place or thing; rarely abstract, sanctity:–consecrated (thing), dedicated (thing), hallowed (thing), holiness, (X most) holy (X day, portion, thing), saint, sanctuary.
Dwelling: 168 ‘ohel o’-hel from 166; a tent (as clearly conspicuous from a distance):–covering, (dwelling)(place), home, tabernacle, tent.
Father: 1 ‘ab awb a primitive word; father, in a literal and immediate, or figurative and remote application):–chief, (fore-)father(-less), X patrimony, principal. Compare names in “Abi-“.
Fatherless: 3490 yathowm yaw-thome’ from an unused root meaning to be lonely; a bereaved person:–fatherless (child), orphan.
Widow: 490 ‘almanah al-maw-naw’ fem of 488; a widow; also a desolate place:–[a] desolate house (palace), widow.
