I AM A LIGHT

Isaiah 1:16-17

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

16 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Remove the evil of your deeds from My ‘sight’ [Pequddah: Account, Office, etc..]. Stop doing evil, 17 Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor, Obtain justice for the orphan, Plead for the widow’s case.

Walk in ‘Faith’ (Emuwnah: Set-office, Firmness), walk in ‘ha-YHWH’ (the Name, Word and Works, of Abraham’s ‘Elohiym)!

Paraphrasing ‘YH’shua’ (YH’s salvation: the Name, Word and Works, of Israel’s ‘Elohiym – is salvation), ” ‘Your will’ (YHWH ‘Elohiym’s ways /word and works) be done ‘in us’ (on earth) as it is in heaven, ….”

‘Amein’ and ‘Amein’ (So be it, So be it!)

Strong’s Hebrew Lexicon:

Sight: פְּקֻדָּה pᵉquddâh, pek-ood-daw’; feminine passive participle of H6485; visitation (in many senses, chiefly official):—account, (that have the) charge, custody, that which…laid up, numbers, office(-r), ordering, oversight, prison, reckoning, visitation.

Faith: אֱמוּנָה ʼĕmûwnâh, em-oo-naw’; or (shortened) אֱמֻנָה ʼĕmunâh; feminine of H529; literally firmness; figuratively security; morally fidelity:—faith(-ful, -ly, -ness, (man)), set office, stability, steady, truly, truth, verily.

Jesus: 3091 Yhowshuwa` yeh-ho-shoo’-ah or Yhowshua {yeh-ho-shoo’-ah}; from 3068 and 3467; Jehovah-[YH] saved[s]; Jehoshua (i.e. Joshua), the Jewish leader:–Jehoshua, Jehoshuah, Joshua. Compare 19543442.

Significance of the ‘I AM’, the Creator’s Name:

YHWH (YH, I AM): “Modern scholars generally agree that YHWH is derived from the Hebrew triconsonantal root היה (h-y-h), “to be, become, come to pass”,[3] an archaic form of which is הוה (h-w-h),[4] with a third person masculine y- prefix, equivalent to English “he”. They connect it to [eg.] Exodus 3:14[ETC..] where the divinity [‘Elohiym of Israel, YHWH] who spoke with Moses responds to a question about his name by declaring: אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה (Ehyeh asher ehyeh),I am that I am” or “I will be what I will be”[5](in Biblical Hebrew the form of the verb here is not associated with any particular English tense).[6][7][8]

THE NAME THAT ‘EXPRESSES’ (IS) THE WORD AND WORKS OF ISRAEL’S ‘ELOHIYM:
